Job Description:

Adherence to work procedures and instructions; Input and be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all race/document related data entered into the system; Responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the warehouse management system and for the accuracy of all transactions performed in the warehouse management system involving inventory movements/changes/blocks, item settings and/or storage locations; Timely reporting of irregularities, ambiguities and errors that occur in transactions to the office manager and/or transportation management; Prepares, distributes and is responsible for the accuracy of reports in accordance with requirements and agreed upon procedures and company policies; Prepares, distributes and is responsible for the accuracy of reports in accordance with requirements and agreed upon procedures and company policies; Maintains records of documents entered; Safeguards the interests of the company, does not perform activities detrimental to the company; Other duties as assigned hierarchically; Registering courses taken/to be taken in the computer system; Ensuring the flow of information to and from drivers; Adhering to the objectives related to performance and quality of services; Planning, organizing and coordinating daily transportation activities by taking over and following up on the execution of national and international transportation orders for the assigned fleet; Confidentiality, loyalty, team spirit, stress resistance.
